Hello Crafty Friends!
I've been able to spend a little bit of time creating with the NEW 2023-2025 In Color Collection by Stampin' UP!
This color set is quite different than the 2022-2024 In Colors. These are more earthy and muted tones. I've seen these colors in recent bathroom design ideas that I'm currently working on for our remodel. Stampin' UP! is on trend!
As I played with these colors, I joined in on this week's TGIF Challenge #418 - for a special lady.
My creation was actually inspired by this week's TGIF challenge as well as last week's TGIF challenge (partial die-cutting). These creations will be going to my sweet mama and my mother-in-law. I believe they will enjoy their card!
All the products I used are, thankfully, still available in the NEW 2023-2024 Annual Catalog so you can CASE this easel card as you please.

Cardmaking Tips:
- Use some Post It Tape to mark the area you don't want to cut. I made mine wide enough to fit the "love you" dies, about 1-1/2".
- Use the partial die-cutting technique and the detailed Two Tone Flora Die to cut out the detailed background from Moody Mauve cardstock.
- Use the foam adhesive sheets to cut the background words for "love" and "you" from Pebbled Path Cardstock. Then use the Adhesive Sheets to cut out the top words "love", "you" from Basic White cardstock.
- The large flower, small flower and flower clusters were stamped with Wild Wheat ink onto Basic White cardstock and cut out with the coordinating dies.
- The leaves were stamped onto basic white cardstock with Garden Green ink (one of the leaves was stamped off).
- For the inside, stamp the flower clusters on basic white cardstock then adhere to an adhesive foam sheet and cut out with coordinating die. Stamp the leaves towards the bottom of the Basic white piece with the flower clusters layered on top.
- the "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment on the inside was from the Flowering Tulips stamp set (retired).
- A touch some Wink of Stella over all the Wild Wheat flowers will finish off the card very nicely. It's hard to see in the pic below.
