Handsomely Suited Class To-Go

Introducing my March Class To-Go that features the Handsomely Suited Bundle from the 2021 January-June Mini Catalog by Stampin' UP!

This masculine and fun class kit includes 6 different projects that will arrive at your front door or can be picked up, if you're local. They will be cut, scored and organized by project, ready for you to stamp and assemble.

There are three (3) options to choose from:

Option 1 - Full Class Kit

This option is for you if you don't own the stamp & die bundle yet. It includes the following:

>> Cost is $60

>> Handsomely Suited Bundle ($47.50 value)

>> 1/2 pack of the Well Suited DSP, cut to 6"x6" ($5.75 value)

>> 6 make n take packets with envelopes

>> FREE Sale-A-Bration item of your choice (Level 1)

>>> *note: if you choose the DSP, it will be cut to 6"x6" 

Option 2 - Partial Class Kit

This option is for you if you already own the stamp & die bundle. It includes the following: 

>> Cost is $25

>> 1/2 pack of the Well Suited DSP, cut to 6"x6" ($5.75 value)

>> 6 make n take packets with envelopes

Option 3 - PDF Only

This option is for you if you already have all the supplies and just want the instructions. 

>> Cost is $15

>> The PDF will be available beginning at the sign-up deadline of February 26th. 

Your kit will be mailed to you for $8.00 priority shipping unless you choose to do a porch pickup, if you're local to Rowlett, Tx. 

Deadline to sign up for this Class To-Go is February 26th at 11:55pm. I plan on sending those kits out by March 15th.

Please note that you will need the following basic supplies to make these projects:

> Paper Snip Scissors

> Bone folder (optional, for burnishing the score lines)

> Clear blocks (to mount stamps)

> Stampin' Seal 

> Dimensionals

> Mini glue dots

> Stampin' cut & emboss machine (regular or mini)

> Ink pads: Pacific Point, Poppy Parade, Basic Gray, Night of Navy

#TGIFC301 - Mad for Plaid - A masculine Birthday Card

 Hello Crafty friends! 

I'm returning today as I participate in this week's TGIFC challenge #TGIFC301 - Mad for Plaid

One of TGIF's designers, Stesha Bloodhart, challenged us to create a project using some plaid. I'm a big fan of her work and don't think I could meet up to her standards but I will take on the challenge, regardless.

I decided to work on a masculine birthday card for my brother, who just turned 22 years old yesterday. I did CASE the layout for the card shown on page 178 of the Stampin' UP! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.

As I thought through the layout, I figured some plaid balloons would be perfect for a masculine card! This is my final design.

 Tips for making this card

• Use the coordinating colors from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper from page 67 of the 2021 January-June Mini Catalog:
  
• I did use the Buffalo Check Background Stamp onto some Basic Gray, Pacific Point and Poppy Parade cardstock for a more subtle plaid look to the balloons.
• Add some shine with Silver Foil for the balloon strings and stars.
• The "birthday" sentiment was heat embossed with silver embossing powder.
• Finish off the card with the "to you" sentiment in silver embossing and some more plaid.
