Valentine's Day 3x3 cards and treat holder

I am sharing with you some super fun, simple and cute Valentine's Day cards with a coordinating treat holder with you this week.

I had so much fun creating these for a group of foster/foster to adopt children. I sure hope they will receive them with a huge smile on their face. I placed the 3"x3" cards inside the pizza box along with the treats and our church community group packaged them up inside a bag along with some other goodies.

This adorable little crocodile stole my heart as soon as I saw it so I knew I had to incoporate him into my design. I love the Crumb Cake and Soft Sea Foam color combination for a masculine look.

The items shown below are all current products except for the white heart in the center of the box. The white heart was punched with the retired Sweetheart Punch. The sentiment "This is for you!" and hearts in the background is from the Takeout Treats stamp set from the Holiday 2018 catalog.
I must say that I am addicted to the All my Love designer series paper! This paper is simply beautiful and can be used for all occasions and also for masculine and feminine cards. The card and box below uses all current products as shown in the table below.

You can get all these products and more at My Online Store. Don't forget that during Sale-a-bration, for every $50 you purchase in product, you will receive a FREE SAB item of your choice from the SAB brochure.

Also, stay tuned for the 2nd release of Sale-a-bration coming on Feburary 15th! Stampin' UP! will be releasing 3 more products to choose from.

Until next time...

July Club projects

As you had seen in my previous post last week, one of our July club projects was an easy and simple layout that gave  a grand effect! I'm completely in love with those In-Color Dahlias!

Our next project was a simple mini pizza box. I used the template from Mary Fish's video tutorial. I used her idea of using it to store 3x3 cards and that's exactly what we did. For starters, we decorated the outside of the box using the "Language of friendship" stamp set and Floral district DSP.
A little pearl in the center of the flower gave it a beautiful finishing touch!

The 3x3 cards that we made to store inside included the same stamp set we used to decorate the box. We used the Designer frame embossing folder to create a simple outline to put our bird in then we used the paper piercing pack to create a hole in the middle of each scallop.

 Supplies used for the projects:

o   Cardstocks: whisper white, crumb cake, rich razzleberry, baja breeze, daffodil delight
o   DSP: Floral District
o   Inks: rich razzleberry,
o   Markers: daffodil delight, early espresso, pumpkin pie, old olive
o   Stamp sets: language of friendship
o   Punches: scallop edge border, bird builder, decorative label
o   Big Shot machine with Designer frames embossing folder
o   ¼” stitched grosgrain ribbon – daffodil delight
o   Essentials paper piercing pack

Thank you again for taking a look at our projects! If you have any questions or comments, I'd be happy to help you out!
